Due to the
complexities of all pest management procedures (Bird, Wildlife,
& Insect Control) and the inconsistent installation or
applications of our products by non-certified installers or
applicators, it is not possible to warrant the product's
effectiveness. Therefore, while we will do our best to insure your
satisfaction, refunds will be at our discretion.
If your project is complex, or involves dangerous heights, we
recommend you contact a professional in your local area to do the
task.
Pest Control Solutions uses the finest materials available to
insure satisfactory results. As stated above, no guarantees are
stated as to the effectiveness of any Pest Control Solutions
products for the reasons given.
Pest Control Solutions warranty covers the following products

electronic products are covered under the manufacturer's warranty,
against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one
year from the shipping date. At its option,
Pest Control Solutions
will either replace or repair the defective unit.
Audio/Electronic
Devices............Performance Guarantee- If
you are not satisfied with the performance of an electronic unit,
within 30 days from the shipping date, it may be returned at the
customer's expense, for credit (less shipping, handling and a 20%
restocking fee). A returned authorization number (RA#) must first be
obtained from the manufacturer or

We will honor
those warranties only as to the mechanical fitness of the product or
performance guarantees offered by the manufacturers. We have
thousands of items available on our website. On some of our products
we are at the hands of our suppliers in accepting returns.
As stated earlier,
success depends on the installer/applicator in making the right
decision on everything needed for the task at hand. When we suggest
you do something or purchase something that would enhance your
chances for control of your pest, we are simply informing you of
pest control measures that have worked for us. So, when you apply
only half of what we use, you may not experience the same pest
control results as we do.
Replacement of any of
the items listed above is at the discretion of Pest Control
Solutions.
Return
Policy
Ready to Ship
Cancellation..................If the order can be caught
after it has been boxed for you but before it has been shipped or
loaded on an outbound carrier, we charge a 15%
Cancellation/Restocking Fee on the product portion of your invoice
and refund the freight charged to you in full.
Already Shipped
Cancellation.............. We ship equally UPS and USPS
trucks daily. Once we have been assigned the tracking number, which
means the package has shipped to you by us, we charge a 30%
Cancellation/Restocking Fee. Customer Service usually does not
receive tracking numbers on a days shipments until the following
mornings' update. You may be able to refuse the order to save on the
return freight so the product comes directly back to us, but all
other return charges still apply.
Wrong Address
Charges.......................
Please
check your address carefully before your final submission of your
order.
There will be a $10.00 charge to locate the package for delivery if
there is an incorrect address. We do verify zip codes and will
attempt to contact you if the address is in question to avoid such
charges. However if there is an incorrect shipping address submitted
online and our shipping carrier charges us, we will need to pass the
charge along. If you do enter an incorrect address and it is
accidentally sent to another location and cannot be recovered you
will be charged the full order price if you wish to replace the
order.
Late Returns..........................................
Credits requested over 30 days from shipment are subject to a 40%
restocking return charge, That is if they are acceptable and
approved for return. Credits for returns after 60 days from
shipment are subject to a 50% restocking return charge, if they
are acceptable and approved for return. Credits for merchandise
returned WILL NOT include the original or return freight charges. We
rarely accept returns over 30 days and never on any products
partially used like ant bait. Please note that you are responsible
for the safe return of merchandise and all shipping costs. Items
must be returned prepaid, in the original packaging. We cannot
accept returns sent C.O.D., and original shipping charges are not
refundable. All returns must include all original packing and be
fully re-saleable after the return. Items returned in non
re-saleable condition will be discarded and no credit will be
issued. This does not apply to a package that just arrived damaged
by the carrier.
Return of Items
Originally Shipped Free... Items shipped free, have had packing
and freight included in the price. Returns will be credited minus an
allowance to cover packing and freight.
If we shipped
the wrong product........... We will issue a ticket to you
so you can tape it to the return and drop the package off at any UPS
Counter. The slip will print on any laser or inkjet printer. If
someone is there at all times, we can call UPS for a pickup. Notify
Customer Service immediately 1.877.800.6884.
If you did not
receive everything that you ordered........... If after you
have checked the entire boxed order (Corner to Corner) for every
large & small item and you discover that something is missing, 24
hours is the maximum time we will allow for you to notify us.
Open the box immediately and inspect the contents Notify
Customer Service immediately at 1.877.800.6884 or Email us
24/7. You must register your complaint on time. After you register
your complaint of a missing item, we will review our cameras over
the shipping tables. If we discover the same shortage on your order
we will ship the missing item immediately.
If a product is
damaged in transit...........Inspect your order upon
receipt. If it looks like there may be damage on the inside then it
probably is. Sometimes it is obvious that the package is damaged.
You have a right to refuse delivery or write DAMAGED on the board
before you put your signature on it. Open the box immediately and
inspect the contents for damage. Boxes that appear in good
condition may have damaged goods inside. The longer you wait to
check your items the more difficult it becomes to resolve your
claim. If damage is not discovered until you open the package,
contact us immediately. Contact us immediately is defined as
within the same day your product is delivered.

You have 2 choices for damage claims:
1. Mail the entire package back to us at your expense
2. If there is only partial damage and you want to keep the rest of
the products. You must give us some kind of documentation of the
partial damage. Don't move the package far from where you opened it.
Take a digital picture of the damage as soon as possible. Take at
least 2 clear pictures and email to us. Example......Bulbs
broken in a flytrap but the trap itself is fine. We need a picture
of that damage.
Contacting us several
days later and saying you just now found damage would not be a
claim. Packages that are insured with the carrier require
immediate documentation of damage. Filing late damage claims are
ignored by the carriers and thus we cannot accept late claims. We
would have no chance of collecting. If
your claim is approved for a return and you are assigned an RA#,
credit or replacement will only be issued after the freight company
verifies the damage or you return it to us.
NOTE: You must
receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before returning any
product for any reason. Without the number, your shipment will be
refused upon delivery. A copy of the emailed or faxed RA# as well as
the authorizing form enclosed with your order should accompany the
return. Please plainly mark the reason for your return on the
accompanying paperwork.
THESE WARRANTIES
CONSTITUTE ALL OF THE WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE SALE OF
